How it works Make a successful recommendation and you could claim up to $50 voucher. Your referred PWD has to be new to Singapore Disability Sports Council programmes and not yet applied The referred PWD has to meet the fulfilment as indicated on the table The referral award will only be awarded when the referred PWD has fulfilled the condition of the 1st programme registered To refer a friend, please provide us with more information here and submit it to justinian.chua@sdsc.org.sg If you have any questions about the referral scheme, please contact Justinian Chua at justinian.chua@sdsc.org.sg *Individual who is a Singaporean and currently not in any SDSC programmes
